Returns, Refunds & Damage Policy

At Shop Bed Frames, we want you to feel confident when placing your order. Because bed frames are large, flat-packed furniture items, we’re careful about how returns and order issues are handled.

Change-of-Mind Returns

At this time, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or unwanted items once an order has been dispatched.

This helps us keep pricing fair and offer free shipping on all orders.

Before placing your order, please check the product details carefully, including the bed size, dimensions, color, materials, and any assembly information.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once your order has left the warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at shopbedframes@gmail.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If there is an issue, contact us straight away at shopbedframes@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A photo of the shipping label

Once we review the issue, we’ll help arrange the best solution, which may include a replacement, replacement part, or refund where applicable.

Reporting an Issue

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery if something is wrong with your order. The sooner we receive the details, the faster we can help resolve it.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Items that are no longer wanted
  • Items that have been assembled
  • Items that have been used
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery due to use, assembly, or handling

Refunds

Refunds are issued only where applicable for damaged, defective, incorrect, or orders cancelled before dispatch.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
