Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

What qualifies

• The frame is unused and in the same condition you received it.
• It's in its original packaging, with any tags still attached.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start one

Email shopbedframes@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we'll send a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Items sent back without requesting a return first can't be accepted.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected the return we'll let you know whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days — your bank may take a little longer to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest route is to return the frame you have and place a separate order for the one you want.

Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
