How do I know the frame will fit my mattress?
Every product page lists the frame's outer dimensions and the mattress size it takes. Match your mattress size to the option you select.
How much room do I need around the bed?
Allow roughly 24″ of walking space on any side you need to get past, and check the frame's outer width rather than the mattress size.
Do I need a box spring?
Whether a box spring is required is listed on each product page under Dimensions & fit. Platform frames with slats generally do not need one.
How hard is assembly?
Assembly time, tools needed and box count are listed in the Assembly section of each product page. Replace this answer with your own standard assembly details.
How long does delivery take?
Replace this answer with your delivery windows and any shipping costs.
Can I return a bed frame?
Yes — 30 days from delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Email us to start a return and we'll send a label and instructions.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect your order on delivery and contact us straight away if anything is damaged, defective or wrong, and we'll make it right.
