At Shop Bed Frames, we make delivery simple. All bed frames ship flat-packed in compact boxes, with tracking sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders within the mainland United States.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched. During busy periods, order volume can be high, but we always work to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days.

Delivery Method

We partner with FedEx to help ensure your bed frame is delivered safely to your door.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us straight away at shopbedframes@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once your order has left our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled.

Where We Deliver

At the moment, we only deliver to customers in the mainland United States. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.
